Module EL-319 Understanding Organising and Delegating in the Workplace

The purpose of this unit is to develop your knowledge and understanding of how to organise and delegate. Delegation and empowerment are ways in which efficiency and effectiveness can be improved with the additional benefits of increasing employee involvement and motivation. This unit is aimed at practising or potential first line manager.

This is one of 17 modules that have also been developed in line with the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 so learners can use them as a pathway to a formal qualification.
