The purpose of this unit is to develop your understanding of training and coaching in the workplace, it covers identifying needs, methods of delivery, the process and skills involved in coaching people at work and evaluation. This unit is aimed at practising or potential first line manager.

This is one of 17 modules that have also been developed in line with the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 so learners can use them as a pathway to a formal qualification.

They are all stand-alone and modular so you can choose which you study, there is no limit!
