The purpose of this unit is to develop knowledge and understanding of how to establish an effective team.  The unit looks at the factors needed to make a team work together in a positive and constructive manner. This unit is aimed at practising or potential first line manager.

This is one of 17 modules that have also been developed in line with the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 so learners can use them as a pathway to a formal qualification.
