The purpose of this unit is to develop your knowledge and understanding of different leadership styles or behaviours to be found in the workplace. This includes an understanding of your own preferred leadership behaviours, and the impact that these different styles are likely to have on behaviour of team members.

This is one of 17 modules that have also been developed in line with the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 so learners can use them as a pathway to a formal qualification.

They are all stand-alone and modular so you can choose which you study, there is no limit!
