The purpose of this module is to develop and test your skills, knowledge and understanding of managing contracts and contractors in the workplace. It will give you an awareness of the key aspects of contract and health and safety law. This unit is aimed at practising or potential first line manager.

This is one of 17 modules that have also been developed in line with the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 so learners can use them as a pathway to a formal qualification.

They are all stand-alone and modular so you can choose which you study, there is no limit!
