The purpose of this unit is to develop your knowledge and skill in identifying development needs and planning to meet those needs for yourself and others. The task requires you to analyse your own and one other member of your team’s development needs and learning styles. You should decide how you will plan to meet these development needs, what support mechanisms are available and how the development can be monitored.
