Module WB-301 Understanding Innovation and Change in an Organisation

The purpose of this workbook is to develop knowledge and understanding of innovation and change in your organisation, be able to plan, monitor and review the implementation and communication of change and understand its effects on people and teams. This is aimed at practising or potential first line manager.

This is one of 17 modules that have also been developed in line with the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 so learners can use them as a pathway to a formal qualification.
