Module EL-327 Understanding Negotiation and Networking in the Workplace

The purpose of this unit is to develop knowledge and understanding of the techniques of negotiation and of the value of networking. This unit is aimed at practising or potential first line manager.

This is one of 17 modules that have also been developed in line with the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 so learners can use them as a pathway to a formal qualification.

They are all stand-alone and modular so you can choose which you study, there is no limit!
