Module EL-326 Understanding Communication Processes in the Workplace
The purpose of this unit is to develop knowledge and understanding of the communication process in the workplace and the main methods of communication and how to use them to improve effectiveness in achieving results. This unit is aimed at practising or potential first line manager.
This is one of 17 modules that have also been developed in line with the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 so learners can use them as a pathway to a formal qualification.
